These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the clothing eCommerce store (Blue Paveway). By accessing and using the Store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Acceptance of Terms:

1.2. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Store.

Store Usage:

2.2. You may not use the Store for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

Product Information:

Orders and Payments:

4.1. When you place an order through the Store, it constitutes a reward program, every $1 spent on our store, you will get 5 points(100points=$1)

4.2. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.

4.3. All prices listed on the Store are in Dollars and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges.

4.4. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order.

Shipping and Delivery:

5.1. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that products are shipped and delivered within the estimated timeframe.

5.2. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation strikes, or customs delays.

Returns and Cancellation:

6.1. Currently We do not return Product once bought and delivered, but You can cancel a order within 6 hours of Ordering.

6.2. While Ordering a Product You will recieve a reward which will be worth of 5% of the price of product, If You cancel the order Your reward will be not deducted but you will recieve 5% price of the product less. This means if you have bought a product of $20 from our store, you will recive 100BP Point(=$1) and if you cancelled it withing 6 hours, You will get $19 refunded but your reward of $1 will not be deducted, it will be there. if summed up It will be equal to the product price. In this case, If You have bought a product of $22, then you will have to pay only $21( $22-$1).

Intellectual Property:

7.1. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Store without our prior written consent.

Privacy:

8.1. We collect, store, and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

8.2. By using the Store, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability:

10.3. Your continued use of the Store after any changes to this Agreement indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law:

11.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

11.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
